The Female Founders Peer Support Network is a new thematic series of events for female
founders and women in enterprise across the Mid Ulster District Council area, where entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, share experiences, and set the foundation for a supportive, purpose-driven network.
About the Facilitator
Belinda O'Neill is the founder of Be Inspired to Be®️ a leadership facilitator, coach and inspirational speaker with over 25 years of experience across private, public and community sectors.
She specialises in values-based leadership, confidence-building, and resilience training, and is passionate about empowering individuals, especially women, to lead with authenticity and purpose.
Be Inspired to Be®️ is a personal and professional development organisation dedicated to empowering individuals to lead with purpose, resilience, and authenticity. Belinda has worked across sectors including banking, education, and local government in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Known for her warm, motivational approach and deep expertise in values-based leadership, Belinda brings insight, empathy, and energy into every room.
Be Inspired to Be®️ is committed to creating safe, reflective spaces where individuals can connect with their confidence and leadership potential.
