To coincide with World Tourism Day on 27th September, Newry, Mourne and Down District Council are delighted to present this AI for Tourism Workshop on Monday 28th.

Discover how AI can support your tourism business at this practical workshop designed for tourism businesses of all sizes. From independent tour guides and visitor attractions to accommodation providers and hotels - the session will explore how AI can save time, improve customer experiences and support business growth.

During the workshop, you’ll:
• Discover practical AI tools and applications for tourism businesses
• Explore how AI can improve websites, booking processes, marketing and customer communication
• Learn how AI agents could help manage enquiries and routine administrative tasks
• Understand the key risks and pitfalls, including accuracy, data privacy and maintaining the human touch
• Gain practical ideas you can apply within your business, regardless of its size or current use of technology

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect and share ideas with other tourism businesses from across the local area during a dedicated networking session.
Whether you are completely new to AI or already experimenting with it, this workshop will help you identify realistic ways to use AI confidently and effectively in your tourism business.

Please note as this is AN IN-PERSON event, the registration numbers for this are restricted. Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, this event is being hosted by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to Businesses based in the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area.
