In competitive markets, many small businesses struggle to clearly communicate what makes them different and why customers should choose them. This practical and interactive 2.5 hour workshop is designed to help SMEs to develop a compelling value proposition that strengthens sales conversations, improves marketing messaging and builds customer confidence. Through facilitated discussion, real-world examples, and hands-on exercises, participants will explore customer needs, identify their unique strengths and learn how to articulate the value they deliver in a clear and engaging way.

• Applying the Value Proposition to Sales & Marketing
