The Housing Executive Belfast & South East Grants Team along with Radius Housing ‘Staying Put Team’ will be joining Belfast City Council for a Meet the Buyer event on 22 Oct 2025 in the City Hall Belfast.
This is a free event and we welcome small to medium sized contractors in the construction sector interested in information about the available work within Housing Executive Private Sector Grants in the Belfast area.
We also welcome architects and other design professionals who would interested in becoming involved the design of Disabled Adaptations to private properties for Housing Executive Private Sector Grants.
NIHE and Radius will share information regarding available grant work for private homeowners (not linked to procurement of Housing Executive landlord contracts). The purpose of the event is to encourage micro enterprises and SME’s to get involved in carrying out Affordable Warmth Scheme and Home Improvement Grants to private dwellings.
Officers from Belfast City Council be available to talk to you about are free business mentoring support and workshops available to help your business grow.
