Belfast City Council Peer Support Network in collaboration with Belfast Business Promise and Go Succeed.

Move from vague values to a clear, strategic cultural model - mapping what your culture is today and what it must become to support business growth.

Purpose: This Peer Support Network will give organisations a structured way to define, design and align their workplace culture with their goals and employee expectations.

The session (06 Nov) includes a practical cultural modelling exercise, insight from a Verified Vibrant Workplace showing how cultural transformation can deliver business impact and an exploration of how to lead change in a way that creates ownership - not resistance. It will support the Belfast Business Promise community with their accreditation journey.  This is open to all businesses in the Belfast City Council area.

Time: 9:30am-10:00am - registration with tea/coffee and networking with session kicking off at 10:00am and closing at 12:00 noon.
