Brendan Woods has been the Director for IT Systems Delivery at Almac Group for 21 years, where he leads digital initiatives across the organisation. He specialises in bringing practical, real-world benefits from emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, to support operations and improve how teams work.

With a strong background in software delivery and large-scale project leadership, Brendan focuses on bridging the gap between technology and business needs—ensuring that innovation translates into meaningful, measurable outcomes. He has led cross-functional teams, delivered major digital programmes, and played a central role in introducing new ways of working across Almac. Brendan is passionate about making advanced technologies understandable and accessible, particularly for organisations looking to modernise or grow. He is committed to continuous learning and applies his experience to help businesses of all sizes navigate the evolving digital landscape.
