Can I have a refund if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

We're more than happy to issue refunds for cancelled and rescheduled events.

If your event is cancelled, we'll usually issue a refund automatically and void any tickets linked with your account. If your event is rescheduled and you wish to receive a refund, we'll need you to email support@glistrr.com with the heading "Event Rescheduled - Refund" providing the details listed below and we'll refund the face value plus the service charge onto your card.

  • Email address associated with the tickets
  • Name on tickets
  • Transaction ID
  • The last 4 digits of Card used for payment.
