Biography

Stereolab is an avant-pop band formed in London in 1990 by the core songwriting team of English guitarist Tim Gane and French vocalist Lætitia Sadier. Blending Krautrock's repetitive beats with 1960s pop, lounge, and vintage electronic sounds, they became one of the most distinctive and influential underground bands of the 1990s.
