Why did we lanuch glistrr Resale?
We introduced glistrr Resale in an effort to combat customers being scammed. When events sell out, scammers usually begin selling fake tickets or duplicates, which can cause a lot of frustration at the door of the event. glistrr Resale gives ticketholders the opportunity to resell their extra tickets to other event-goers securely, without the need to exchange cash or handle electronic money transfers.
glistrr Resale provides benefits for both buyers and sellers:
🕒 Quick sales - tickets sell quickly as your resale tickets are matched to other fans on the event's ticket waitlist.
🔒 Safe and secure - once a ticket is sold, it is cancelled and a new ticket is issued to the buyer, preventing common ticket scams.
💰 No extortionate pricing - resale tickets are made available to fans without a high markup on the face value.
If you have spare tickets that you will not be using, we ask that you add them to the resale queue rather than selling them privately online or via other resale platforms. If your tickets are resold to another fan, you'll receive a refund of the ticket face value and service fee paid (excluding postage or insurance purchased), otherwise they'll be removed from the resale queue 2 hours before the event is due to take place.
