On Friday 24th January, The Cocktail Bar at The Merchant is delighted to host an evening with The Echlinville Distillery, Ireland’s first farm distillery.
Hosted by Head of Whiskey Jarlath Watson and Brand Ambassador Séamus Óg Birt, guests will be taken through Echlinville's journey from acquiring the first licence to distil, granted in NI in over 125 years, through to the modern day, producing whiskeys receiving huge recognition globally.
Throughout the evening, guests will taste their way through 8 different drinks and enjoy a selection of Merchant canapés.
