Join us for a day of education, fitness & celebration. The day will kick off with a WOD coached by 5 time Crossfit Games athlete Emma McQuaid, followed by Q&A sessions, guest speakers and yoga. Guest speakers on the day will include; Kerry Aston (The Movement Medic), Caolieann Conway (Be A Better You) & Catherine Wells (EvolveOT).
