The Go Succeed Start team hosts this in-person ‘Canva for Business’ masterclass.

Learn how the free version of the online graphic design tool Canva.com can help you produce visual content for your business quickly and effectively. This masterclass is ideal for you if you are new to Canva and want to discover some tips and tricks to help you get started!

During this session you will:

  • Find out about how Canva can help the visual appearance of your business online and offline to deliver positive marketing returns
  • See how to navigate the Canva interface with ease
  • Learn how to create visual designs such as flyers, presentations and social media posts in an instant using the thousands of templates on offer
  • Be shown how to customise fonts, colours and layouts to match your brand or style
  • Discover some tricks to help speed up the time spent creating designs for social media website and print, including the important role of qualified and experienced graphic designers for professional marketing communications and how graphic designers can help you improve your visual outputs from the Canva platform as well as your productivity
  • Uncover simple ways to turn your graphics into video content
  • Be shown ways in which clever use of AI tools can help you with your graphic designs
  • See how to download and share your work instantly
  • Be signposted to other free tools and learning opportunities to further master what Canva can bring to your business or social enterprise.

About the Presenter:

Christine Watson, BSc (Hons) DipM FCIM Chartered Marketer, has been educating people across Northern Ireland and beyond since 2005.  As a Marketing Strategist, SOSTAC® Certified Planner, Google Square and WorldHost™ Licensed Customer Service Trainer Christine guides clients to success using a range of integrated marketing tools, techniques and practices. 

A regular user of the Canva.com platform since 2021 Christine has been actively teaching individuals and businesses how to use Canva for over 4 years.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, located in the Mid and East Antrim Borough Council area and neighbouring Council areas.

Our chosen venue is fully accessible, ensuring that everyone can join us for an inclusive workshop experience, with parking available.

Please note as this is an in-person event, the registration numbers for this are restricted. Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, this event is being hosted by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to Businesses based in that area.
