question for every performer, and audiences need to know who you are to connect
with your material.
This focussed
workshop will help you examine your performance style and develop your on-stage
persona with the help of your fellow comedians.
We'll work on a
range of collaborative exercises, and diving deep into what makes you
funny. You'll leave feeling more
confident with a clearer sense of your unique comedic voice.
Please come prepared
with a three minute set to perform for the group at the start of the session.
This workshop is
intended for comedians/performers with an established set and at least one
year's gigging experience. Coven is open to all, but we particularly welcome
women and LGBT+ performers.
