EmpowerHer: Celebrating Neurodiversity in Female Entrepreneurship (in person)
The month of April is Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month. It is an opportunity to celebrate the unique perspectives of those living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Nearly three-fifths of entrepreneurs with neurodiversity agree that ‘seeing your neurodiversity as an advantage rather than a disadvantage’ is good advice for someone who is neurodiverse and hasn’t started a business yet.*
Join us April 24th, 2024, for an insightful in-person workshop raising awareness of Neurodiversity among women and celebrating entrepreneurship as a pathway to personal growth.
We welcome our guest speaker Catriona Jones - who will deliver EmpowerHer: Celebrating Neurodiversity in Female Entrepreneurship
EmpowerHer will deliver an introduction to Neurodiversity led by Catriona who will share her story from career educator to entrepreneur as a neurodivergent woman in business.
'EmpowerHer, will help showcase that entrepreneurship can be the change both for those who want to choose a different path to independence, for female founders with neurodiversity and also for business owners who are open to the tangible benefits of offering inclusive products and services. We have come a long way in our human celebration of diversity and have even further to go. We are all just wired differently and it is time to accommodate everyone's neurological unique identity. No one way is 'the right way', we can stretch and be even more considerate than ever. Variety makes the world a much more colourful place to live.' - Catriona Jones
