This session will explore how AI is impacting how, as entrepreneurs, we interact with our customers and give an insight into how we can better understand our customer needs, wants and desires.
Artificial Intelligence has become a game-changer for digital marketers, revolutionising the creation of marketing assets. It allows us to streamline our marketing activities by tailoring content and experiences based on individual preferences and behaviours which, in turn, helps build better relationships and improves engagement.
About the Speaker
Tina Calder is a Belfast based media and comms specialist who works with business owners who are struggling to meet the needs of their customers in their marketing. Tina creates multi platform PR and content strategies that are targeted and innovative. She is a keen advocate of all things AI and will share her secrets as to how it has made an impact on her business and her clients.
This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, in the Belfast City Council and neighbouring Council areas and facilitated by Enterprise NI.
