This series will include three key visits
CAFRE Food Innovation Centre
An exploration visit to Gifted - the iconic Christmas Craft Fair in Dublin, which features hundreds of designers, makers and artisan food producers. This visit will see a cohort travel to the show accompanied with a business growth consultant to gain insights, learnings and potential new connections.
A visit to a food & drink producer who have started from small beginnings and have grown to larger operations over the years – CALLING FOR YOUR INPUT at first meeting - come ready with producers you admire, hold in high regard, or simply would love a chance to see behind the scenes!
