ABOUT THIS EVENT

This Go Succeed workshop is open to women entrepreneurs in the early stages of their business, located in the Mid Ulster Council area and neighbouring Council areas, and facilitated by Enterprise Northern Ireland.

About the Workshop

So what do successful entrepreneurs have in common? A Growth Mindset!

This session will explore how you can adopt a growth mindset in your new business, overcome fears and deal with setbacks and challenges. We will look at how to be resilient and how to embrace and enjoy the journey.

We will ditch the negative thinking with a tool called Green platform thinking and learn how to “dance with your inner critic”!.

We will also make time to share your current challenges and benefit from the knowledge and skills of your peers.

Learning and Objectives

We will provide you with an understanding of Growth Mindset, Green Platform Thinking and Positive Action Now, to make you feel more resilient and ready for business. You will have a set of practical tools you can start to try to use when you feel your business idea is too challenging, as well as overcoming that feeling of Imposter Syndrome.

Should you have any accessibility requirements that we should be aware of, please get in touch with amy.junkin@enterpriseni.com.  Please note, photographs may be captured on the day for social media. If you are uncomfortable with your photo being taken, kindly inform a staff member on arrival.
