Start-Up Sessions are 3-hour practical workshops to help you identify potential business ideas and progress your idea into action!

Free to attend, the sessions are designed for people who are not currently working and want to explore the potential of self-employment.

During the 3-hour workshop, we’ll cover:

✅ How to identify business ideas and opportunities.

✅ The legal and tax responsibilities of being self-employed.

✅ ‘Ask Me Anything’ – your chance to ask questions directly to a local small business owner.

✅ Signposting to support to help you take your first steps into self-employment.

Open to anyone not currently working, including carers, full time students, individuals who are retired, and people with disabilities or long-term health conditions.

Please note whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, places at this session are limited and priority will given to Mid and East Antrim Borough Council area residents.
