The Go Succeed Start team hosts this in-person enterprise support clinic, designed to provide aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners with expert guidance.
In this practical session you will learn via an exercise on the importance of profit and how it can affect your business. We will also look how price decisions affect your business strategy and what those strategies look like. Finally, we will discuss the 5 c's of pricing and you will receive practical action points to take away.

Stephen ran his own business for 15 years helping companies access finance for business growth and is well connected in this area. Having worked for 5 years as Innovation Director at the Innovation Factory he has progressed to Antrim Enterprise where a big focus of his work is helping companies access finance and understand what is available
Space NI is fully accessible, ensuring that everyone can join us for an inclusive workshop experience, with parking available nearby in Castle Mall car park.
This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, located in the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council area and neighbouring Council areas and facilitated by the team at Antrim Enterprise.
