Social enterprises and Cooperatives play a pivotal role in addressing social and environmental challenges while also driving economic growth. It is important to understand financial sustainability in the context of Social Enterprises / Cooperatives, the 'income spectrum' and the need to be generating unrestricted income. This short workshop will look at financial sustainability of social enterprise in more detail and explore how you can reduce reliance on grants and funding.
