The key thing in selling is that you are not selling, you are solving a problem. Therefore, it is important to become competent in the skills that are key to help you have conversations with customers or clients around identifying their specific problem, what’s causing the problem and what’s the cost of the problem. It is likely that your product or service will solve their problem but the conversation around this comes second.
In this session you will:
- Learn and practice skills of collaborating, questioning, active listening, presenting, persuading and closing.
- Understand your personality preferences and the preferences of your customers so you are better equipped to connect and build rapport with your customers.
- Finally, create your own “Sales Pitch” that is easily remembered and then use this casually when interacting with potential clients.
Please note as this is an in-person event, the registration numbers for this are restricted. Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, this event is being hosted by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to Businesses based in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area.
