Using slab building techniques, you can recreate an East Belfast building, either by picking an iconic landmark - or choosing something a little closer to home.
In this workshop suitable for beginners, you will use templates to cut out the shape of the building, construct it - and then the fun bit: the decorating!
Once your clay building is finished, it will dry slowly and then be fired, glazed and ready for collection in approximately two weeks.
The workshop is taught by Emilie Martinolles, a ceramic artist who has recreated iconic East Belfast buildings in clay such as The Strand Cinema.
