This hands-on, in-person masterclass, led by Ards Business Hub’s Business Advisors, will guide participants through a structured approach to produce your year-one financial projections for your business or business idea.
In preparation for this workshop, you will require:
A laptop, not a phone, with Excel Software installed.
Basic Business Template installed on Desktop.
Completion of a diagnostic meeting with your mentor.
This workshop will equip participants with the skills and tools necessary to develop realistic one-year projections for their business or personal goals, which will be further refined during individual mentoring sessions. At the end of this workshop, you will have practical knowledge of the following elements and partially completed one-year financial projections to:
Pricing strategy with unit costs
Monthly sales forecast
Monthly expense forecast
Monthly cashflow forecast
An explanation of Capital costs vs Fixed costs vs Variable costs
How to read and utilise your financial forecast to guide your decision-making for your business
This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, in the Ards and North Down Borough Council area and neighbouring areas.
