The Go Succeed Start team hosts this in-person Enterprise Support Clinic; Marketing Matters, delivered in partnership with Rosemary Morrison.
This session will explore the significance of developing a marketing plan for business success, emphasising the pivotal role of market research. Additionally, it will delve into various marketing tactics and tools, empowering business owners to effectively market their ventures.
By the end of this session, participants will grasp fundamental marketing principles, select appropriate tactics for their marketing plans, and explore the application of AI in marketing strategies.
About the Presenter
Rosemary Morrison is a self-employed Certified Management Consultant, (CMC), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, (FCIM), and Owner of Directus Training & Consultancy.
Rosemary specialises in training and mentoring for startup and growth businesses and her expertise lies in strategic planning, business and marketing strategies, market research, communication planning, financial forecasting, operations, and sales development.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, in the Ards and North Down Borough Council and neighbouring Council areas and facilitated by Enterprise NI.
