The session will also introduce entrepreneurs to the relevant supports available across the enterprise support ecosystem.

between success and stagnation. The "Mindset Mastering for Entrepreneurs" workshop
is designed to empower entrepreneurs with the tools and techniques necessary to
cultivate a growth-oriented mindset, enabling them to navigate challenges and seize

The workshop will be led by Kevin O’Reilly, CMgr MCMI MIEP MAC, a seasoned trainer
and coach with over 25 years of experience. As the Division Director for Toastmasters
International, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in
developing effective communication and leadership skills. His extensive background in
coaching entrepreneurs ensures a transformative learning experience.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, located in the Ards and North Down Borough Council area and neighbouring Council areas and facilitated by the team at Ards Business Hub.
