Emerging from his Glaswegian roots as a leading tastemaker in the new school of UK DJ’ing. Jasper James alongside his peers Jackmaster, Eats Everything and Skream has become one of the hottest properties on the European circuit. A DJ and producer with talent that goes beyond his age, he’s crafted his own-brand of House and Techno through relentless DJ sets and releases (notably his debut EP ‘Sneaky out on Optimo’s Optimo Trax imprint).
Moulding his sound week-on-week via his newly appointed residency at London club Phonox, his all-night marathon sets have garnered huge attention and respect from the likes of Resident Advisor, Mixmag amongst many others.
Jasper’s musical heritage goes back a long way. Taught to DJ at 13 by his father (Harri of Harri & Domenic fame), Jasper went onto hold the rare accolade of being the youngest DJ ever to play the legendary Sub Club.
