Based in Belfast, Phil Kieran plys his trade in some of the best clubs worldwide and has gained his reputation as one of the finest Techno DJs on the planet. In tandem with his relentless dj schedule, Phil has also released countless EPs, remixes & albums on a variety of labels including; Skint Records, Soma Records, Hot Creations, Cocoon, NovaMute and his own PKR imprint.
