Detroit Techno legend Kevin Saunderson kickstarts Misfit’s Spring roster with an exclusive set at Thompsons 

Having attended school with fellow legends Derrick May and Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson is considered to be one of the originators of Techno. Initially concentrating on becoming a DJ, Saunderson eventually made the jump to the studio in the mid eighties under the alias ‘Kreem’. Having made an impact on the underground circuit, Saunderson went on to have a succession of worldwide smashes under his Inner City moniker, recording the timeless club anthems, ‘Big Fun’ & ‘Good Life’ in 1987.

Not content to rest on the laurels of his commercial success, Kevin's relentless studio out has continued since then with his KMS Records imprint releasing top quality Techno for the past 30 years. He continues to tour the world as a dj, playing alongside Richine Hawtin, Carl Craig and other Techno luminaries, in addition to releasing and recording some of the finest electronic music on the planet.
