Enjoy sipping your glass of bubbles and begin your culinary journey with a selection of chef’s canapes before you are called to dinner in The Rita Duffy Suite with fanfare and pageantry.

During the evening you will be entertained by four of the leading lights of opera in Northern Ireland. Experience sublime accompaniment with live playing on a stunning grand piano as the singers perform some of the most loved arias, duets and ensembles in between each of your six courses.
