The Go Succeed Start team hosts this in-person workshop, Resilience Refined: Strategies to Thrive and Surmount Burnout, delivered in partnership with Belinda O'Neill, designed to equip participants with practical tools and techniques to enhance resilience and to overcome burnout in business.

Overview:

• The workshop will provide an in-depth exploration of burnout, its causes, and its impact.

• Participants will learn strategies to build resilience, navigate challenges, and cultivate a more self-leadership mindset

• Interactive sessions, discussions, and creative activities will be utilised to promote engagement and learning.

Outcomes:

1. Increased Awareness: Participants will gain a deeper understanding of burnout and its warning signs, enabling them to recognise and address potential stressors proactively.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, in the Armagh, Banbridge, and Craigavon Council area and neighbouring Council areas and facilitated by Enterprise NI.

Our chosen venue is fully accessible, ensuring that everyone can join us for an inclusive workshop experience, with parking available on site.
