Next in the exciting series of Connoisseurs Club events is an industry masterclass from bar manager Enrico Perri at BAR 45 at 45 Park Lane, London, part of the Dorchester Collection, a portfolio of the world’s foremost luxury hotels and residences.

Growing up in the hospitality industry, Enrico has a wealth of knowledge, innovation and inspiration to ensure BAR 45 continues to be a must visit cocktail destination in London. Expect a masterclass in cocktail creations and an insight into the artistic inspiration behind the new cocktail menu at BAR 45.  

This event will feature Maestro Dobel premium tequila, and will be co-hosted by Maria Modafferi, UK tequila brand ambassador at Proximo.

Maria has a host of industry knowledge – having worked as tequila brand ambassador for the past 18 months, whilst previously working for 8 years as bar manager at The Gibson and 1 Lombard St, some of London’s leading venues.
