The Go Succeed Start team hosts this in-person ‘The Entrepreneur's Reset: Breathwork & Cold-Water Exposure for Clarity ’ masterclass.
This immersive masterclass is designed to help participants build resilience, enhance mental clarity, and improve overall well-being, all while strengthening their personal and business performance. Success in entrepreneurship isn’t just about strategy and financials—it’s about mindset, relationships, and holistic wellness.
Nearly four years ago, Anne-Marie Harkin founded Seacoast Dippers to bring people together in a supportive and inclusive cold water therapy community. Her vision centers on resilience, connection, and well-being, helping individuals embrace the mental and physical benefits of cold-water therapy while forging meaningful bonds. Today, Seacoast Dippers continues to inspire newcomers and experienced dippers alike, proving that strength is built in the water and in community.
This informal and supportive environment will provide space for meaningful conversations, networking, and fresh insights that could shape your next entrepreneurial steps. Following the strong interest from our previous event, Fresh Air, Fresh Business Ideas, this session will integrate breathwork, a fireside discussion, and an introduction to the health benefits of cold-water therapy—a powerful practice deeply connected to both physical health and business success. Expect surprises, engaging discussions, and a warm community ready to share and support each other.

in the early stages of their business, located in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area and neighbouring Council areas.
