We are delighted to announce the return of the highly-acclaimed Connoisseurs Club to The Merchant Hotel! Join us for a Masterclass from the award-winning Homeboy London, followed by a Homeboy Takeover in the Veuve Clicquot Lounge.

Homeboy’s founders Aaron Wall and Ciaran Smith bring a wealth of industry experience having been at the helm of top-class cocktail bars such as London Cocktail Club and Callooh Callay, not forgetting the world-renowned Dorchester and Waldorf Astoria hotels. It will be no surprise to find that their skill and knowledge has been recognised and rewarded with a ranking at #14 in the 50 Best Cocktail Bars this year too. During this Connoisseurs Club masterclass they will be showcasing their ethos, sharing the history of Modern Irish Hospitality and demonstrating how it’s still relevant today.

Homeboy bring their passion for hospitality, great guest experience and great product together to deliver a bar that embodies what they are all about, making them a worthy showcase for our first event to reintroduce The Connoisseurs Club at The Merchant Hotel.

Join us afterwards for the Homeboy takeover, from 7pm – 11pm in the Veuve Clicquot Lounge for what promises to be a fully immersive experience of music and tastes.
