Van Morrison is undoubtedly Belfast’s best-known musician and among the most-distinguished musicians of our times. In his 80th year, he has released a new album and is touring widely.   This tour explores the area he grew up in.  The streets and places referenced in his song lyrics, including The Hollow, ‘Beechie River’, Hyndford St, Cyprus Avenue, Donard church and more. A soundtrack of his music accompanies the walk and the experienced and fun guide from Creative Tours Belfast will also mention several other musicians from east Belfast and touch on the area’s industrial heritage.
