How To Add a Promo Code
- Open your venue's Web Dashboard and enter your log-in credentials.
- Select the ‘Events’ button situated on the admin tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
- This page will display an alphabetical list of all events associated with your venue.
- Select the pencil icon labelled ‘edit’ on the right-hand side of the page or alternatively; click the specific name you wish to edit and within the profile again select edit.
- Select 'Promo Codes' which is fifth on the list of headers. Then Select 'Add a New Promo Code'.
- Enter your desired promo code in the box containing 'YOURCODE'.
- Select the 'Discount Type' using the drop down menu, then enter the desired amount in 'Discount' box.
- Complete the boxes for 'Number of Uses', Ticket Types Valid For', 'Start Date' (including a time) and 'End Date' (including a time).
- When all the boxes are complete select 'Add Code'.
