How To Add a Promo Code

  1. Open your venue's Web Dashboard and enter your log-in credentials.
  2. Select the โ€˜Eventsโ€™ button situated on the admin tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
  3. This page will display an alphabetical list of all events associated with your venue.
  4. Select the pencil icon labelled โ€˜editโ€™ on the right-hand side of the page or alternatively; click the specific name you wish to edit and within the profile again select edit.
  5. Select 'Promo Codes' which is fifth on the list of headers. Then Select 'Add a New Promo Code'.
  6. Enter your desired promo code in the box containing 'YOURCODE'.
  7. Select the 'Discount Type' using the drop down menu, then enter the desired amount in 'Discount' box.
  8. Complete the boxes for 'Number of Uses', Ticket Types Valid For', 'Start Date' (including a time) and 'End Date' (including a time).
  9. When all the boxes are complete select 'Add Code'.
