Hailing from North London, Billy Da Kid kicked off his DJ career at the very young age of 11, with a set comprising mostly of R&B, Hip Hop & House. It wasn’t long before Billy was invited to supply mixes for BBC Radio 1Xtra, and he joined the Kiss FM UK line up in 2012 after delivering several great mixes for ‘Carnival Kiss.’ Following a brief but successful stint on Kiss Fresh, Billy was rewarded with a move to Kiss FM UK, hosting a weekly show every Friday & Saturday night on Kiss FM UK, bringing together the biggest and freshest Dance music with a credible underground edge. This went on to herald great rewards with his "Friday Night Kiss" show being the most listened to show in London between 7-10 pm according to RAJAR listening figures. Fast forward to 2023, Billy's radio career continues to flourish with a move to Capital and Capital Dance as an official mix DJ for two of the biggest Dance shows in the UK every weekend. He continues to hone in on his own unique sound too, signing to new management Asylum in early 2022, and after the success of many previous releases with a whole host of labels in the UK & Europe, Billy has secured himself millions of streams and thousands of followers across streaming platforms and social media. With even more exciting releases and collaborations coming throughout the year, 2023 is set to be a big year for Billy and his fans.
