Belfast-native DJ and Producer Daire McGuigan, known by his artist name ‘DAIRE,’ discovered his passion for music at the tender age of 9 when his parents gifted him his first set of decks for Christmas. This fervor was ignited by his upbringing with a music-loving mother who shared his enthusiasm for dance music. Fast-forward to the present day, and DAIRE has swiftly risen to become one of the most prominent DJs in the Northern Ireland scene. He has had the privilege of supporting renowned artists such as Timmy Trumpet, Ben Hemsley, Hannah Laing, BLK, and Shugz. His music is defined by its dynamic drumbeats, captivating melodies, and intricately woven chord progressions that evoke a sense of contemporary nostalgia. Excitingly, DAIRE has recently inked a significant record deal with Sony Music, and he also has upcoming releases on the Polydor Universal Records label.
