How do I reissue a ticket?

  1. Select the ‘Tickets’ button on the admin tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
  2. A drop down menu should appear; select ‘View Ticket Sales’. This page will display a list of all ticket sales associated with your venue, in addition to guest, event and payment information. Alternatively you can access this page though the following link: admin.glistrr.com/tickets/
  3. Search for the guest you are reissuing the ticket to and select their name.
  4. The page will display Booking Key Information. Select the 'Resend Confirmation' icon.
