Can I transfer bookings from one date to another for a customer?

Yes you can. If you go into the event details, go to Tickets > Ticket Salesclick into a ticket transaction, you should see a "Transfer" button.

If you click the button, it will take you to a page which will allow you to transfer the tickets to a different event or ticket type.

Note that the system won't check if there's spaces available, as you're an admin it will trust your decision on that.

Once the transfer is completed you can click the "Resend Email" button to update the customer.
