How do I request a refund?
If your event has been cancelled or rescheduled, you may be entitled to a refund.
Cancelled events are usually refunded automatically. However, for rescheduled events you must request a refund if you cannot attend the new event. You can request a refund from your glistrr account or from our Find My Tickets tool.
You will only be able to request a refund if the refund window is active for the event. Information regarding the refund window for an event will be communicated to you by the event organiser following the rescheduling of the event.
