Can I get a refund?

Event organisers set their own refund policy. This can be found in the standard terms and conditions, unless described differently by the event organiser for a particular event. Generally, this means that tickets are non-refundable and refunds are only permitted if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Since we are unable to issue refunds on behalf of organisers, our goal is that organisers and attendees work to resolve any refund requests.

You can, however, sell your ticket to a friend if you wish. Just make sure to provide them with the unique ticket. Tickets will be scanned at the door of the event, and can only be scanned once, so be sure not to create duplicates.
