What if you receive an error message when completing your booking?

We know it can be frustrating to receive an error message when you're in the midst of purchasing tickets - particularly when you're vying for popular tickets to hot events and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you receive an error message at the payment stage of the transaction process please contact us immediately by submitting a support ticket. By doing so, glistrr will be able to assess whether or not your transaction has been successful or if we require you to complete this transaction again.
