I didn't receive my confirmation email with my tickets included

Firstly, check your spam or junk mail folder - sometimes emails can get stuck in there.

If you still can't find your confirmation email, you can download your tickets through our "Find My Tickets" section at

If your tickets are not found, try entering the mobile number used at the time of booking and search again.

If you're unable to locate your tickets, please email and someone will be happy to assist you.
